  • Processing Time: Orders are processed only after prescription review and dispensing by the pharmacy.

  • Delivery Area: Available in U.S. states where our products are authorized for sale (excluding restricted states).

  • Tracking: A UPS tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Return Policy

Due to U.S. federal regulations and the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned or resold once they have left the pharmacy. This ensures product integrity, patient safety, and compliance with federal law.

Important Notes:

  • All prescription sales are final.

  • Returns cannot be accepted for opened, unopened, or unused medications.

  • Once a product has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be reused or refunded.

If your shipment is damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lovelymeds.com. We will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
