All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Shipping after your prescription is reviewed and dispensed by the pharmacy. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

Due to U.S. federal and state regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any prescription or compounded medications. This policy exists to protect patient safety and comply with pharmacy regulations.

  • We cannot accept returns for used, opened, or unopened medications

  • Applies to all prescription and compounded treatments, regardless of condition or packaging

Once a product leaves the pharmacy, it cannot be resold or reused—even if unopened—ensuring the integrity and traceability of all medications we dispense.
